The conference will be devoted to the analysis of the functioning of contemporary criminal proceedings, the identification of their weaknesses, and the search for effective and modern legislative and practical solutions. The event provides a space for interdisciplinary debate on the directions of reform and the development of a model of a streamlined, reliable, and efficient criminal procedure.
