Join me for 1 hour of walking exercise. This is open for all levels. I will use the Nordic Walking techinque, however if you do not have this equipment you are welcome to join and learn or just enjoy the fitness walk in a group. The event will be in English. We will walk to Pole Mokotowskie, where we are going to start with a warm up and short basic techniqes practice, follow with a fitness walk and finish with a cool down and stretch :) There are the following options to join this event: 1. Just do the walk exercise with us, no equipment or you have your own equipment - 20 PLN 2. You can borrow the equipment from me on the day and time of the event and practice the techiques - 30 PLN. Payment is collected on the day before the event. MEETING SPOT - OUTSIDE ZIELONA GĘŚ PUB/next to Pole Mokotowskie Metro Station. All Welcome ! :)
