According my observations, huge numbers of people today lack the quality of networking and effective communication skills especially among young people Students can attend conferences or seminars without making a single connection with professionals or their colleagues. What I have noticed is that people pay much attention to social media dramas or validations than real world problems. Technology is really improving but we are not using it the right way or it is not properly utilized
