Join us as we come together nationwide to peacefully protest current actions and policies that are harmful to our families, friends, communities, and democracy itself. Our focal point will be located on Mission Street between Bluegrass and Broomfield, and we will stretch the line as far down Mission as we can! Please note that Indivisible Central Michigan remains committed to non-violence in all that we do. By attending any protest, you acknowledge that participation in public demonstration involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, property damage, arrest, and exposure to the conduct of other participants, counter-protesters, and law enforcement. Your participation is voluntary, and you knowingly assume all risks associated with attending such events. Please be aware that people do have the right to take pictures of anyone that is in a public space. we have noted both allies and non-allies photographing our protests. If this concerns you, you may wish to cover your face. Please do not engage with hecklers. we encourage you to watch trainings offered on de-escalation. We will have trained safety leaders at all events.
