SHI8ARI & SAIL We're excited to welcome you aboard for an unforgettable sailing experience of practicing the art of Japanese inspired rope b()ndage with somatic practice, conscious communication, and shared life at sea. A week of learning rope b()ndage together - ties, technique, communication, and the somatic experience of being bound and binding - on a small sailboat moving through the Croatian Adriatic. ---------------------------------------------- Destination: Islands of Croatia Start: September 12 End: September 19 Exact base marina where we depart from will be decided once enough spots are filled and the boat can be booked based on availability somewhere between cities of Zadar and Split. Contact us before booking flight tickets. ---------------------------------------------- Rope as a somatic practice We use rope as a tool for presence, connection, and body awareness. Every technical skill is taught alongside the relational and somatic dimension - you can't separate learning a tie from learning how to be with another person. ⚓️ Communication Before picking up a rope, you will learn how to negotiate clearly. How to say what you want, what you don't, and what you're curious about. How to call a pause without losing the connection. ⚓️ Surrender What it means to consciously offer control. The difference between giving up and giving over. How vulnerability, when it's chosen and well-held, can feel like one of the most alive things there is. ⚓️ Holding The quality of attention it takes to make someone feel genuinely safe in rope. How to stay present, how to read, how to hold well. ⚓️ Aftercare Coming back to yourself and to each other after intensity. Aftercare is woven into every session - not left to the end of the day. Sℎi8ari ℎere is a somatic and relational practice. It's rope work tℎat takes tℎe wℎole person seriously - body, nervous system, and tℎe quality of connection between people. ---------------------------------------------- Living and breathing together This is a community living experience. We breathe, live and make love together. Everybody is invited to help with sailing, preparing meals, and most importantly taking care of each other, so that everybody feels good, comfortable and included. ---------------------------------------------- Is this for you No experience in rope, t4ntra, or sailing required. This is for you if you have: - Genuine curiosity about rope, yourself, and how you relate to others - A real commitment to consent - your own and everyone else's - Willingness to communicate honestly, or an honest desire to get better at it - Capacity to sit with discomfort as well as pleasure - Ability to live in close quarters with a small group for a week This space is queer-affirming. Queer, trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive people are not an afterthought. The facilitation and practices were designed with everyone in mind. This is not for you if you're looking for a s3x event, if consent isn't something you take seriously, or if you need a lot of alone time and private space. ---------------------------------------------- A typical day - Breakfast - Made together on board - Morning circle - Check-in, intentions for the day - Morning movement - Dance, bodywork, or gentle warm-up to arrive in the body - Sailing with lunch/snacks - We move to the next anchorage. His path has moved through Japanese-inspired rope b()ndage, somatic embodiment, trauma-informed facilitation, and neo-t4ntric practice - not as separate disciplines to collect, but as different angles on the same question: what becomes possible between people when the conditions are right? In Warsaw, Moksha recently founded Atelier Misiu - a space dedicated to collective care, body-positive education, and the kind of community that grows when people are genuinely met. His facilitation is particularly attuned to diverse expressions of identity and intimacy. The spaces he creates are ones where people don't have to shrink, translate, or perform - they can simply arrive and be curious about what's there. KLEMEN - Captain He has been sailing for the last 25 years as skipper in Adriatic, Greece and Canaries, and holds an RYA Yachtmaster certificate. He studied at International School of Temple Arts and for the last 4 years he has been immersed into sacred s3+uality and temple culture. He attended other globally recognised transformational trainings and shamanic initiations. He is now assisting trainings at ISTA. Besides exploring conscious s3+uality, his path includes sacred plant medicines. He has been a practitioner of Wim Hof Method breathwork for 6 years. He draws inspiration from Ram Das, Eckart Tolle, Osho, Sadhguru, Ramana Maharshi and Rumi. He is passionate about creating spaces that support humanity to transform and awaken into a different way of being, where people are free empowered beings living life fully and in abundance. KIM - Galley Goddess Kim is always ready for an adventure! Her joyful disposition, curiosity and courage allow her to adapt and grow as she follows the flow. This time, she gets to provide creative and nourishing meals for our seafarers as we all learn and float together. As a friend of the Captain, she's honored and proud to be part of the crew.
