📅 November 13 (Thursday) 🕕 6:00 PM 📍 Depot History Center, Wrocław 🎟️ Tickets: https://bilety.io/msxxu Join us for the next event in the Time Travel Wrocław series - a project designed for international and English-speaking students who want to learn more about the city they live in. This meeting focuses on the years 1945-1956, when Poland, following the decisions of the Big Three and the falsified 1946 referendum, found itself under Soviet influence. It was a time of fear and uncertainty, when millions of Poles tried to rebuild their lives in war-torn and unfamiliar Wrocław. 💡 Discover how those who settled here after the war transformed the city's space and identity. 🗺️ Take part in a guided tour of the exhibition "Wrocław 1945-2016". ✍️ Join the workshop "How Breslau Became Wrocław", where - over light snacks - you'll take on the role of officials renaming German streets. A hands-on history lesson, new perspectives, and great company - all in one evening.
